RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items with price tags and invoices that have not been worn, washed, or altered will only be exchanged once and will be accepted for return if it is done within 3 to 5 days of the package's arrival.
All the returns will be subject to the following term and conditions:

Items purchased during sales and promotion are nonrefundable and are not allowed for size exchanges. Please refer to the size chart available before making any purchase.

Items that were damaged or torn during delivery must be reported within three days of receiving the package, and they must be sent back within seven days of the report being made. The item will be replaced, but only if there is stock left. Merchandise must include a return form slip.

After the order has been placed, exchange design is not permitted. Only size exchanges are permitted, and only if there is still stock.

The materials of Abaya are soft. it is compulsory to wash by Hand wash or machine wash.
